Genshin Impact Version 7.2 is expected on November 4, 2026, with a brand-new 5-star, Mitya, and a Furina rerun in the first phase. This guide sums up the banner schedule, how many Primogems a limited 5-star really costs, and how a Genshin Impact reroll or starter account can get you there on day one.
Version 7.2 banner schedule
- Phase 1 (Nov 4 to Nov 24): Mitya (new 5-star) and Furina (rerun), with the new 4-star Valeriy on rate-up. The weapon banner features Starsealed Edict, a new 5-star catalyst, and Splendor of Tranquil Waters.
- Phase 2 (Nov 24 to Dec 15): Zibai and Linnea return, with Lightbearing Moonshard and Golden Frostbound Oath on the weapon banner.
- Chronicled Wish: a Natlan rerun with Varesa, Chasca, Xilonen, Mualani and Kinich is planned during the version.
Maintenance usually starts the evening of November 3 for America and the night of November 3 to 4 for Europe. Dates come from the pre-release information and can still move, so check the in-game notice.
How many Primogems does a limited 5-star cost?
- One wish costs 160 Primogems (or one Intertwined Fate).
- A 5-star is guaranteed by wish 90 at the latest.
- The first 5-star can be a standard character (the 50/50). If you lose it, the next 5-star is the featured one. Capturing Radiance makes repeated losses less likely.
Worst case, a limited 5-star takes 180 wishes, which is 28,800 Primogems. That is why accounts with 46,000+ Primogems are popular: they cover the worst case for Mitya and leave wishes for her weapon or a rerun.
Reroll yourself or start with an account?
Genshin has no guest login, so each reroll needs a new email and about an hour of prologue before wishing unlocks. Two shortcuts:
- A Primogem account if you want to pull Mitya yourself: Adventure Rank 50, a large stock of Primogems and Fates, and full access to the email.

America, Europe and Asia are separate servers and progress cannot be moved between them. Choose the one where you and your friends will play. Every option on our Genshin Impact page shows its server.

- Change the account password and the email password as soon as you receive the account.
- Claim the version mail and the free Primogems from the new events.
- Decide before pulling: Mitya, her weapon, or a Phase 2 rerun.
