By placing an order on rerollgacha.com ("RerollGacha", "we", "us") you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell reroll and starter accounts for mobile and PC games. RerollGacha is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Orders and delivery

After your order is processed, the account details are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery times vary and are indicated on the product page. Please make sure your email address is correct.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for securing the account after delivery, for example by changing the password and linked email where the game allows it. Using third-party accounts may be restricted by a game's own terms of service. By purchasing, you accept that risk.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if a product is no longer available, in which case you will be refunded in full.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RerollGacha is not liable for indirect losses or for actions taken by game publishers against an account after delivery.
