RerollGacha sells digital game accounts. Nothing is shipped by post: every order is delivered by email.
How delivery works
After your order is processed, the login details of your account are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary by game and are shown on each product page. Please check your spam folder if you do not see our email.
Shipping costs
There are no shipping costs: the price shown on the product page is the price of the account.
If you have not received your account
If you have not received your login details within the time shown on the product page, and they are not in your spam folder, email us at support@rerollgacha.com with your order number.
If something is wrong with your account
If the account does not match the description, or if the login details do not work, email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund your order. See our Refund Policy for details.
After delivery
Change the password and the linked email as soon as you receive the account, where the game allows it. An account cannot be moved to another server after delivery.
