FAQ — Reroll & Starter Accounts

A reroll account is a fresh game account where the early summons have already been repeated until the desired characters were obtained, so you start playing with them right away.

A starter account is a ready-to-play account with the tutorial finished and early rewards unlocked.

Each product page lists the server, the option you choose and what the account contains. The Account Info section of the page gives the details for that game.

After your order is processed, the login details are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Delivery times vary by game and are shown on each product page. Please check your spam folder if you do not see our email.

Checkout is secure and handled by Shopify. You can pay with PayPal, or with a debit or credit card through PayPal, without creating a PayPal account. Prices are shown in euros (EUR); if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount. Discount codes are entered at checkout.

Choose the server you want to play on (America, Europe or Asia). An account cannot be moved to another server after delivery.

If the account does not match the description, or if the login details do not work, email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund your order. See our Refund Policy for details.

Yes, and we recommend it. Change the password and the linked email as soon as you receive the account, where the game allows it.
