Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 Phase 2: Severian Banner, Norma Rerun and Polychrome Math

Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 Phase 2: Severian Banner, Norma Rerun and Polychrome Math

Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 opened on October 21 with Phoenix. The second phase starts on November 11, 2026 with a new S-rank agent, Severian, and a Norma rerun. Here is the schedule, the Polychrome math for a limited agent, and how a Zenless Zone Zero reroll account lets you pull right away.

Version 3.3 channels

  • Phase 1 (Oct 21 to Nov 11): Phoenix (new, Fire Anomaly) with her W-Engine Plume of Rebirth, and a Velina rerun.
  • Phase 2 (Nov 11 to Dec 1): Severian (new, Wind Attack) with his W-Engine Incarcerating Grip, and a Norma rerun.
  • Also in 3.3: the "Journey to the Sky" story chapter and a Honkai: Star Rail collaboration with Robin and Kafka.

Version 3.4 is expected around December 2, but nothing is official yet.

How many Polychromes for a limited agent?

  • 160 Polychromes buy one Encrypted Master Tape, used on the limited channels.
  • An S-rank agent is guaranteed by pull 90 at the latest.
  • The first S-rank can be a standard agent (50/50). If you lose it, the next S-rank is the featured one.

Worst case, a limited agent takes 180 pulls, which is 28,800 Polychromes. An account with 30,000+ Polychromes covers that worst case for Severian on its own.

Reroll or start with an account?

ZZZ has no guest login: each attempt needs a new HoYoverse account, a new email and 30 to 60 minutes of prologue. Chasing a specific limited agent can take many attempts. A reroll account skips that: you get the Polychromes and tapes on a progressed account and decide yourself who to pull.

Server choice

America, Europe, Asia and TW/HK/MO are separate servers, and an account stays on the server where it was created. Every option on our Zenless Zone Zero page shows its server.

Checklist before November 11

  1. Change the account password and the email password after delivery.
  2. Keep your tapes until Phase 2 if Severian is your target.
  3. Do your daily commissions and the 3.3 events for extra Polychromes.
