How to Get Cheap Astrite in Wuthering Waves: Free Sources, Lunite Value and Pity

Astrite pays for every Convene in Wuthering Waves. Kuro Games never discounts it, but a lot of it is free, and some purchases give far more Astrite for your money than others. This guide lists both, explains how much Astrite a limited 5-star Resonator really costs, and shows the traps to avoid.

Free Astrite: daily, weekly and every version

• Daily Activity: finishing the daily tasks gives 60 Astrite a day. It is the most regular source in the game.
• Quests and exploration: main quests, side quests, supply chests and puzzles in new regions pay Astrite once. A new region is worth exploring fully.
• Events: every version brings limited events with Astrite rewards, often the biggest free source of the version.
• Endgame: Tower of Adversity, Whimpering Wastes and Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways reset on a regular cycle and pay Astrite again each time.
• Redemption codes: livestream codes give Astrite and expire quickly. There is no official redemption website: redeem them in the game, in "Terminal" > "Settings" > "Other Settings" > "Account" > "Redemption Code" (Union Level 2 needed). Rewards arrive by mail.
• Coral shop: Afterglow Coral, earned from duplicate pulls, trades for extra Tides.

The best value if you pay

If you spend money, small recurring purchases give much more than Lunite packs:

• Lunite Subscription: 300 Lunite at once, then 90 Astrite for each day you log in, for 30 days: 3,000 in total. A missed day is lost, so it only pays off if you play every day.
• Pioneer Podcast (the battle pass): its paid Insider Channel adds 680 Astrite per version, plus Tides, weapons and materials, earned as you level it by playing.
• First top-up bonus: the first purchase of each Lunite pack gives double Lunite. Kuro Games reset it "for all price tiers" at the first two anniversaries, with Version 2.3 and Version 3.3. Look at the shop before buying: each pack shows whether its bonus is still there.

Regular Lunite packs without the bonus give far less Astrite for the same money: keep them for last.

How much Astrite for a limited 5-star?

• 160 Astrite buy one Radiant Tide, and Lunite converts to Astrite at a 1:1 rate.
• A 5-star is guaranteed by pull 80 at the latest.
• On the featured Resonator Convene, the first 5-star is a 50/50: if it is not the featured Resonator, the next 5-star is. On the featured weapon Convene, the 5-star is always the featured weapon.
• Worst case for a limited Resonator: 160 pulls, which is 25,600 Astrite.

What to avoid

• Unofficial top-up sites selling Lunite "cheaper": these offers often rely on stolen cards or refunds. When the payment is reversed, the Lunite can be removed and the account suspended. Buy only in the in-game shop or on the official stores.
• Fake code pages or "free Astrite" generators that ask for your login: codes are only redeemed in the game and never need your password.
• Regular packs first: buying them before the Lunite Subscription and the battle pass is the most expensive way to get Astrite.

Another option: start with the Astrite already there

If you want a limited Resonator now rather than after months of saving, a Wuthering Waves reroll account starts with a large stock of Astrite and Tides on a ready account, on the server you choose. You change the login details after delivery, then pull on the banner you want. All options are on our Wuthering Waves page.
