Phase 2 of Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 runs from November 11 to December 1, 2026: Severian debuts and Norma returns. Should you pull, and which one? Here is how to decide, how to count your pulls, and what to keep for Version 3.4. For the full 3.3 schedule, see our ZZZ 3.3 banner guide.

The two Phase 2 channels

  • Severian (new, Wind Attack), with his W-Engine Incarcerating Grip.
  • Norma (rerun), with her W-Engine Chief Sidekick.

Both channels share the same pity counter: an S-rank pulled on one counts for the other.

Severian, Norma, or save?

  • Pull Severian if you need a Wind damage dealer or simply like him: new agents are the ones that stay relevant longest.
  • Pull Norma if she completes a team you already play: a rerun is a sure value for an existing team.
  • Save if neither fills a gap: Version 3.4 is expected around December 2 (not official yet), and every Polychrome you keep counts toward the next limited agent.

Count your pulls before you start

  • Pulls = Polychromes ÷ 160 + Encrypted Master Tapes.
  • Agent channel: an S-rank by pull 90 at the latest; lose the 50/50 and the next S-rank is the featured agent. Worst case for one limited agent: 180 pulls (28,800 Polychromes).
  • W-Engine channel: an S-rank W-Engine by pull 80 at the latest, with a 75% chance it is the featured one.

Below 90 pulls, you may not reach the featured agent during this phase. The pity and the 50/50 guarantee carry over to the next limited channel, so stopping halfway loses nothing. A Zenless Zone Zero reroll account with 30,000 to 42,000+ Polychromes covers the worst case for one limited agent.

Checklist

  • Do the 3.3 events and daily commissions before November 11 for extra Polychromes.
  • Pick your server on our Zenless Zone Zero page: America, Europe, Asia and TW/HK/MO are separate.
  • Change the account password and the email password after delivery.
