How to Log In and Secure Your Horizon Walker Account

Your Horizon Walker account is delivered as a guest account on the Global server. A guest account lives on the device it is loaded on until you link it to a sign-in of your own, so the most important step comes right after you log in. Here is how to get in on Android, Steam or iOS, and how to keep the account.

What you receive

• The login details of the guest account, with the platform it is ready for.
• The server: Global, which works on Android, iOS and Steam, as shown on the Horizon Walker starter account page.
• The contents of your option: EX Summon Tickets, normal and Limited Summon Tickets, and millions of Gold.

Log in by platform

• Android: install Horizon Walker (Gentlemaniac), then follow the login instructions that come with your account details. The account logs in directly.
• Steam: install the game from Steam, then follow the same login steps. The account also logs in directly.
• iOS: do not try on your own. Contact us after your purchase through our contact page, with your order number: iOS needs a linking step, and we help you with it.

Use the exact details from your order, typed by hand, with no space before or after.

Secure the account right away

1. Check the contents first: EX Summon Tickets, Summon Tickets, Limited Summon Tickets and Gold, against your option.
2. Link the account to a sign-in you own. Open the game settings, then the account section, and link the account to your own Google account, or to another sign-in the game offers on your device. Until then, the account is only a guest account.
3. Do not uninstall the game or clear its data before linking. On a guest account, this can erase your access to the account.
4. Keep your order email: it is your proof of purchase if you need help.

Common problems

• The game opens a brand new account: the guest details were not loaded. Close the game and follow the login steps again, in order.
• You are on iOS: wait for our help before playing, so that the account is linked properly.
• The contents do not match: do not spend anything, take a screenshot and contact us.

Why a guest account?

This is how Horizon Walker accounts are made for sale: a guest account has nobody else's email or sign-in attached to it. Once you link your own sign-in, you log in with it, not with the guest details.

Can I play on PC and on my phone?

Horizon Walker Global is on Android, iOS and Steam, on the same Global server. To switch platforms, sign in with the account you linked, where the game offers it on that platform, and contact us first if you are unsure.
