How to Log In and Secure Your LIVE A HERO Account

Your LIVE A HERO account is on the Japanese version of the game, by Lifewonders, and it is delivered as a transfer code: a code and a password that you enter on the title screen. The code works only once, so the second half of this guide matters as much as the first.

What you receive

• A transfer code and a transfer password, to load the account onto your phone.
• The server: Japan. The game runs on Android and iOS, and its menus are in Japanese.
• The contents listed on the LIVE A HERO starter account page, such as Ether Stones, the summon currency.

Log in step by step

1. Install LIVE A HERO (ライブ・ア・ヒーロー), the Japanese version by Lifewonders, from the App Store or Google Play, and open it.
2. On the title screen, tap the button at the bottom left: アカウント引継ぎ (Account Transfer).
3. Enter the transfer code in the top box and the transfer password in the bottom box.
4. Tap the blue button to confirm. The account loads onto your device.

Type both by hand: no space before or after, and keep capital letters exactly as written. They are case-sensitive.

Secure the account right away

The code you received is used up once the account is on your phone. Each transfer also replaces the save key stored on the device, so the old one becomes useless. Create your own transfer code before you do anything else:

1. Go past the title screen and open オプション (Options) on the main menu.
2. Tap アカウント引継ぎ (Account Transfer), the second option from the top.
3. Type a new password of your choice in both boxes.
4. Tap the blue button at the bottom right. The game shows your new transfer code.
5. Write down the new code and your password, outside the phone: on paper or in a password manager.

Japanese menu words you will need

• アカウント引継ぎ: Account Transfer, on the title screen and in the options.
• オプション: Options, on the main menu.
• パスワード: password.

Common problems

• The code is refused: check for a space or a wrong capital letter, and that the code is in the top box and the password in the bottom box.
• The code still fails when typed correctly: it may already have been used. Do not try again and again: contact us with a screenshot.
• A new game starts: the account was not loaded. Close the app, open it again and use アカウント引継ぎ at the bottom left of the title screen first.
• You changed phones and lost the account: this happens when no new transfer code was made. Always create one right after logging in.

FAQ

Can I use the code I received twice?

No: it works only once. After the first transfer, only the new code you create yourself can load the account.

Do I need to read Japanese?

No: the steps above use only three menu words. For the rest of the game, a camera translation app on your phone helps.

How many Ether Stones does a summon cost?

5 Ether Stones for one summon, and 50 for a ten-pull.
