How to Log In and Secure Your Neverness to Everness Account

Your Neverness to Everness account is an email account: you receive the email address, the game password and the password of the email box. This guide shows how to log in on the right server, then how to make the account yours in a few minutes.

What you receive

• The email address the account is registered with.
• The game password, to log in to the game.
• The email password, to open the email box: the game sends its verification codes there.
• The server of your order: Asia, Southeast Asia, America or Europe, as chosen on the Neverness to Everness starter account page.

Log in step by step

1. Install Neverness to Everness (global version) on Android, iOS or PC, and open it.
2. On the login screen, choose to log in with your email. Do not start as a guest, and do not use Google, Apple or Facebook: those open a different account, even with the same address.
3. Enter the email address and the game password you received.
4. If the game asks for a verification code, log in to the email box with the email password, and copy the six-digit code into the game.
5. Before you start, check the server shown at the bottom right of the login screen. It must be the server of your order: the characters and the Annulith are on that server only.

Secure the account right away

The account tools open once the prologue is done. Open Settings (gear icon), then the "Account" tab, find "User Center" and tap "Go".

1. Set your own game password with the "Password" option of the User Center. The game confirms the change with a code sent to the email box.
2. Change the password of the email box as well. This is the most important step: whoever controls the email can reset the game password.
3. Add a second way to log in if you want, such as your own Google or Apple account, with "Link Account". Keep the email linked: it is your way back in.

Common problems

• A character creation screen appears: you are on another server. Go back to the login screen and pick the server of your order. Nothing is lost: progress stays on its own server.
• An empty account after logging in: you probably used guest, Google or Apple login instead of the email. Go back to the login screen and log in with the email.
• No verification code: check the spam folder of the email box, wait for the resend timer, then ask for a new code. An old code stops working after a while.
• Disconnected while playing: one account cannot be active on two devices at once, so logging in on a second device logs out the first one.

FAQ

Can I play on PC and on my phone?

Yes: the game runs on Android, iOS and PC, and the same email account works on each, as long as you pick the same server.

Can I move the account to another server?

No: progress is tied to its server. Another server starts a new character from zero.

Do I have to keep the email box?

Yes: verification codes and password resets go there. Change its password and keep it safe.
