How to Log In and Secure Your SLIME - ISEKAI Memories Account

Your SLIME - ISEKAI Memories account is not an email login: it is delivered as a transfer code, that is a transfer ID and a transfer password. You enter them on the title screen of the game, and the account loads onto your phone. Here is how to do it without mistakes, and how to keep the account safe afterwards.

What you receive

• A transfer ID and a transfer password: together, they load the account onto your device.
• The platform of your order, Android or iOS. Use a device of that platform: Magicrystals do not carry over between Android and iOS.
• The server: Asia, on the Global version of the game (in English), as shown on the SLIME - ISEKAI Memories starter account page.

Log in step by step

1. Take a phone or tablet of the platform you ordered (Android or iOS).
2. Install SLIME - ISEKAI Memories, the Global version published by Bandai Namco, and open it.
3. On the title screen, tap the MENU button at the bottom left.
4. Choose "Data Transfer", enter the transfer ID and the transfer password, and confirm.
5. If the game asks for a region, choose Asia: the region of a Global account is set when the account is created and cannot be changed.

Type the ID and the password by hand rather than pasting them: no space before or after, and check that your keyboard did not turn the first letter into a capital. They are case-sensitive.

Secure the account right away

1. Create your own new transfer ID and password in the game as soon as you are in. This is your backup: without it, a new phone or a reinstall can cost you the account.
2. Write them down outside the phone, for example on paper or in a password manager.
3. Keep the account on one device. A transfer moves the account to the new device; going back to the old one needs a new transfer.

Common problems

• An error when you confirm the code: in most cases, a space or a capital letter slipped in. Type both fields again by hand.
• Magicrystals are missing: the account was loaded on the other system (an Android account on iOS, or the reverse). Stop there and contact us before you play.
• You cannot find your friends: players on different regions cannot see or play with each other. Your account is on Asia.
• The Japanese app does not work: Japan has its own version of the game. Our accounts are Global: use the Global app.

FAQ

Why a transfer code and not an email?

The game saves accounts on the device and moves them with a transfer ID and password. That is the normal way to change phones in SLIME - ISEKAI Memories.

Can I switch from Android to iOS later?

The transfer itself can work, but Magicrystals do not carry over between systems. Choose the platform you will keep when you order.

What if I lose my own transfer code?

Write it down as soon as you create it. Without it, the only option left is a request to the game's support, with no guarantee of recovery.
