Your Star Savior account is a direct-login account: you receive an email address and a password, and you sign in with them in the game. The email address is a Google sign-in. Here is how to log in, and the one step that makes the account truly yours: linking a sign-in that only you control.

What you receive

  • The email address and the password of the Google sign-in the account is created on.
  • The server of your order: Asia, Global, Japan or Korea, as chosen on the Star Savior starter account page.
  • The contents of your option: Diamonds, summon tickets, SSR boxes and, on some options, guaranteed SSR characters.

Log in step by step

  1. Install StarSavior (Studiobside) on an Android phone or an iPhone and open it.
  2. On the login screen, choose to sign in with Google. Do not look for a guest option: the game stopped creating new guest accounts with its April 2, 2026 update.
  3. Enter the email address and the password from your order.
  4. Check that the server shown is the one of your order, then check the account: Diamonds, tickets, SSR boxes and characters.

About servers: Star Savior's help page explains that the Korea, Japan and Asia servers are merged into one Asia server, where older accounts show as "(Former) Korea", "(Former) Japan" or "(Former) Asia". The Global server is not part of the merge.

Secure the account right away

  1. Link your own Apple ID or Steam account. In the game, open the menu at the top right, then "Game Settings" and "Account Management", and link a sign-in that belongs to you. The Google sign-in you received was created by the account maker, not by you: your own Apple ID or Steam account gives you a way in that only you control.
  2. Choose that account carefully. The help page warns, about the merged servers, that account linking can only be completed once.
  3. Do not rush the Google password. The account makers warn that changing it several times in the first days can trigger a sign-in restriction. Link Apple or Steam first, and play a few days before any password change.
  4. Never tap reset or delete. Since April 2026, a deleted account is removed at once and cannot be recovered by any means.

Playing on PC

Star Savior is on Android, iOS and Steam. Once Steam is linked, you can sign in on the Steam version with your own Steam account. The options marked "Steam + mobile" on our page are already set up to log in on Steam.

What our after-sales service covers

If the account does not match its description, or the login details do not work, email us within 48 hours of delivery: we send a replacement or refund your order. Tell us the server and the exact message shown by the game. Details in our FAQ.

FAQ

Why a Google sign-in?

Star Savior accounts sign in through a platform account. Ours are made on a Google sign-in, which is why linking your own Apple ID or Steam account matters.

How do I reach the game's support?

On the login screen, tap the headset icon at the top right, then "Submit 1:1 Inquiry". In the game, it is under "Account Management", then "Customer Center".

Can I move my account to another server?

No. Choose the server you want to play on when you order.
